The practice
My private consultancy and the company behind everything here. I advise founders and leadership teams on delivery, operating models and putting AI agents to work, in the boardroom and on the ground.
Network design & delivery
Konstructiv designs and delivers broadband and utility networks. Digital survey and AI-assisted design produce the drawings and permits, and an integrated construction platform carries the build through to as-builts. Outcomes are guaranteed. I lead delivery and engineering.
Making Tax Digital, done for you
Books and quarterly HMRC updates for tradespeople and landlords, at a fixed monthly price. Software and AI agents prepare the records, the customer confirms every figure, and a named director is accountable for the service.

I'm Neil Grose, founder and director of NJG Consultancy. I came up through UK full-fibre delivery, starting as an apprentice and working my way to running delivery and engineering at board level.
Today I split my time three ways: advising through NJG, leading delivery and engineering at Konstructiv, and building Righto Tax, a bookkeeping service where AI agents do the work and a person answers for every filing.
I like hard problems with physical consequences, plain answers, and software that earns its keep on site. I live on the Lancashire coast.
